Golden Mountain is a large pagoda built on the hill, enshrined a relic of the Buddha which Thai people come to workship. Not far from this temple there are more interesting places. Iron Castle, it is the one that still exists and it was submitted to UNESCO to be a World Heritage Site in 2005. Wat Thepthidaram or Temple of heavenly daughter by King Rama III, built in honour of his eldest favourite daughter. Here was also the former residence of Sunthorn Phu, the greatest poets in Thai history. After that, take a longtail speed boat or James Bond’s boat into various canals in Bangkok. Visit the houses and temples by the water.
